Enduro is about overcoming mindset barriers, challenging yourself to get out of your comfort zone, reach your full potential and committing to your own growth.
Coach’s Mel and Brett want to support you to achieve something big, just as you support The Commune every day.
What do I need to know?

The Enduro is a multi stage, multi disciplinary event with exercises that you have already mastered, or that we will train you to master as part of the challenge.
Over 8 weeks we’ll gather together to train, hone our skills and start to shift from comfort zone to max potential.

Enduro only training sessions take place on Wednesday’s and Fridays at 5:30pm, from 24th July to 20th Sept.
You will attend only 1 training session per week. Run club will Run alongside each Enduro session should you wish to do your running homework.
The culmination of the 8 week training is the Enduro 4.0 event on Sept 22nd… where you’ll put all of the pieces together for one big challenge.
The official event will have staggered competitor start times from 7am depending on competitor numbers.
Whether you register for the Full/Half Enduro you will attend the same training sessions.
You will be able to select your Full/Half/ Enduro closer to the event date, you don’t have to know at signup.

The price is $250 for the 8 weeks of training, merchandise, goodie bag and the event on the day.
Hydration Stations will be provided on the day.
Complimentary BBQ and Ice baths to follow the event.
$10 from every ticket sold will go to Central Coast Kids In Need.

FULL ENDURO
8 x 1km laps of the estate broken up with various push, pull, distance based or accumulate reps exercises inbetween.
There is no time limit on this event.
You’ve got this!
Great success lies outside of your comfort zone.

HALF ENDURO
8 x 500m laps of the estate broken up with various push, pull, distance based or accumulate reps exercises inbetween - with half the reps/distance of the Full Enduro.
A half Enduro is by no means a half hearted effort.
The half is designed for someone wanting to still complete the course solo, in a less intense version.
