In Spring, we bloomed - now it’s time for the Next Level!

Our latest 6-week challenge will focus on Strength + Conditioning to start 2026 with the fundamentals locked in. Helping you launch into your most successful fitness year yet.
As Coach’s, we want to support you to achieve something big, just as you support The Commune every day.
This Challenge will give you the tools, encouragement, and accountability to make this season, your Strongest season. Real Muscle. Real Strength. Real Change.
What do I need to know?

The Next Level is a 6-week strength and performance challenge designed to help you train with purpose, build real confidence, and finish stronger than you started.
This isn’t a quick reset or a crash program.
It’s structured training, coached progression, and consistency — capped off with a live final workout event where you put the work into action.
You’ll train across strength, conditioning, and capacity, supported by our coaches, our programming, and our community.
Spring was about momentum.
The Next Level is about capability.

Challenge duration: 6 weeks
Launch Night/Wk 1
Friday 6/2 5.30pm
Weekly Training:
Our preference is that Training will be as a group Friday’s at 5.30pm and backup sessions available Saturday’s 7am. These sessions will be designed to compliment your regular gym program. You will not be successful in your challenge if you are only attending the Challenge class once a week.
Final Event:
A live, in-gym workout event where you put 6 weeks of training to the test.
This is not a competition — it’s a proof-of-progress moment, done together as a community.

(Includes Bonus class each week, Tshirt/Tank/Towel, full challenge participation pdf, support group, programming focus, coaching support, and the final event.)
This challenge is open to:
Current members
Non-members (membership required for training access during the challenge)
Spots are limited to ensure coaching quality and community experience.

The Next Level is a commitment-based challenge.
To keep the experience strong for everyone, it may not be the right fit if:
You’re looking for a quick fix, detox, or rapid weight-loss program
You want to train sporadically without committing to regular sessions
You’re not open to coaching cues, structure, or progression
You’re unwilling to lift weights or be challenged outside your comfort zone
You’re joining only for the final event, not the training process
You’re not ready to prioritise consistency for 6 weeks
This challenge isn’t about perfection — but it does require effort, presence, and buy-in.
